Do you only work with brands ready to scale?

Mostly, yes. We're most useful when there's already product-market fit and the next problem is ranging, distribution and execution. If you're earlier than that, we can still talk — we just want to be clear about what we're best placed to help with.

What categories do you cover?

Today: noodles, snacks, confectionery, hydration and wellness. We also actively explore adjacent categories where we see retail white space and shopper momentum.

Australia, New Zealand, or both?

Both. The model is built around one team running across the trans-Tasman, with deep retailer relationships in each market.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Either we take a brand to market on a distribution partnership, or we co-create an owned-brand range with a manufacturing partner. Both involve a clear scope, accountabilities, commercial structure and shared category goals.

How long until first listing?

Anywhere from three to nine months depending on category, retailer review cycles and supply readiness. We're upfront about timing and don't promise calendars we can't keep.
